“Hotel in posizione centrale e comodo per accedere alla zona pedonale della città, pulito, camera spaziosa e pulita, colazione molto buona e varia. Uniche "pecche": la mancanza di tende veramente oscuranti e il personale alla reception poco sorridente (ma in ogni caso non ho avuto alcun problema!)”

“The room said King bed - it was a Queen and the bedroom was so small a King would not have fit. The other furniture was massive and had no drawers or cabinets for clothing so that was useless. The site said “Mountain View”, which in any season but winter would be true. “My only complaint about this property says in description they have air conditioning. Well they do not have this they have a fan. Really big room and bathroom and I'm from the states so for European standard it's insanely large. Nice people in the heart of the city. ”

“З самого приїзду був зіпсований настрій, коли мені повідомили, що моє бронювання не оплачене. Другим неприємним "сюрпризом" було те, що басейну у готелю немає. Хоча на фото дуже привабливі види декількох басейнів. Також система по фільрам вказує наявність басейну. Насправді то фото Voda Club, вхід в який є платний як і для всіх інших туристів. Навіть знижки немає. Третій негатив - відчуття "затасканості" номеру. Багато всього або зламано, або на межі. Четвертий негатив - прибирання в номері...

“I booked, and paid for a suite at the Amstelski through Expedia. When I arrived, I was told they had no rooms left, and that they had put me into a standard room at a hotel next door. Whilst the room was adequate, I hate small rooms, and the room I stayed in was half the price of what I booked. Expedia have refused to refund the difference. After several hundred stays through Expedia, the 4th at this property, there won't be any more with either. ”

“Staff were nice and the rooms were very clean. We were kept waiting after a long drive because of confusion on the reservation.In all a good stay.”

“Terrible. The hotel wasn't confirmed our reservation which we made, we were left without a place where to state. Nobody in the hotel wasn't able to help us or suggest an alternative option. We were with a child. The website Hotels.com wasn't able to resolve this issue. I wouldn't recommend this hotel and website, anybody!”

“This is not a valid accommodation offer. First the address is wrong, or streets are badly marked in Bukovel. And the place is not a hotel anymore, but a private house. It should be removed from Orbitz / Expedia ”
